About Kelly Kanner

Kelly grew up in the Midwest, lived in Washington, D.C., and California, and made Colorado her home 15 years ago. With a master’s degree in psychology and a background in counseling and education—including her time as a BVSD school counselor—Kelly brings empathy, guidance, and exceptional communication skills to every client relationship. She loves helping people find not just a house, but a true home, and is known as a go-to resource for all things local—schools, community events, and life around town.

 

Kelly lives in Louisville with her husband, Ben, and their three kids. You’ll often find them out and about downtown or heading to the mountains for family road trips to ski and snowboard. When she’s not cheering at soccer, baseball, or football games, Kelly enjoys walks with friends, planning family vacations, and spending time with loved ones. The family includes their Bernedoodle, Scarlett, their cat, Louie, and a pet hedgehog named Willbert—who always keeps things interesting!
